Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at your email address with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Exchanges We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.

Non-returnable Items Items returned after 30 days or without original packaging may not be accepted.
